The bigger picture
Most of the people in the crypto atmosphere are here for rapid gains, and are quite frustrated with the bear market we have had behind us. But those people are missing huge chances that the crypto market is offering, but on the mid and longer term. I call it, "The bigger picture".
The stock market
I will make a comparison with the stock market, the smorgas board of the stock market is immense, we have penny stocks, growth stocks, FAANG stocks, and there are the dividend stocks.
The trap where a lot of stock investors fall into is they try to search for the fast gains on penny stocks and growth stocks. Things could turn out pretty good, that's for sure, but in a bear market, these stocks will underperform a lot. And will give them big losses.
But there is another way to invest in the stock market. Through dividend stocks, these are stocks that give a nice dividend yield, year after year, and there are a lot of them. For instance, Pepsico, Costco, Mastercard, etc... pay a dividend above the rate of inflation. And if you are truly smart as a dividend stock investor, you reinvest your dividend returns into extra dividend stocks.
And there the snowball goes!
Now translate that to crypto and HBD.
Hive Backed Dollar
Hive Backed Dollar is a stable coin, worth the amount of Hive one US Dollar can buy you at any given time. That is how simple it is. But putting HBD into a savings account gives you an interest of 20 percent per year, paid out monthly.
That is not the 300 % or 1000 % some people are chasing for, but it is a huge return compared to other investments, and it is safe, and way above inflation.
And there is more, if you reinvest your returns you get even more than 20 %, but actually almost 22 % per year. Add to that the HBD you get paid from your posts, and you grow your stash at a rate that is even bigger than with dividend stocks. So, why are so little people interested in this? I don't get it. I see the bigger picture here, and am convinced this is a great way to snowball your money in sure but steady way. No risk, but great return!
See the bigger picture?
Sincerely,
