I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
Don't get what I want to say about "shareholders" twisted. It's good to have shareholders in the business you are doing considering the advantage that comes along with it. To be honest, I got the points about having shareholders in your firm(in whatever firm) but you might as well want to use shareholders to own your advantage in your firm and it will backfire knowing fully well that more investors or shareholders breed Workin capital. But then, it's important to be very careful with how one brings in investors into your firm, most especially when the business highly attached with many risk factors.
Poultry farm, shareholders and risk factors.
Poultry farm.
In fact, when it comes to poultry farm, it's a business that I can recommend for anyone who's willing to venture into. I won't lie, if you have money to venture into poultry farming for business and if everything goes well, it can really pay off. Going by my appreciation, someone recommended the business and I have recommended it for at least 6 others, @twicejoy can testify to it and 90 percent of those I have recommended the business are still running the business till now. Moreso, recommending the business for people for others make me feel it's my own part fighting food insecurity.Shareholders and the risk factors
Like I have said early, having shareholders in your business will surely breeds more working capital for your business but when it comes to the risk factors attached to poultry farm business it's not really advisable in the modern day business especially when the Poultry farm business is small business. I have had series of issues that I have been able to attend to that's about two or more running a Poultry business together. And guess what, what really caused dispute and conflict between the shareholders, it's the risk part of the business.
The risk part of the Poultry farm business might caused conflict between business owner and the shareholders of their inability to bear the consequences of the Poultry farm business. A shareholder might ask of the actual agreed profit even at the expense of the business going down maybe due to mortality rate. As profitable as poultry farm business is so it's highly risky. If I have anyone going into the business, I make sure I explain the pros and cons of the business to such person. I am not saying poultry farm owner and shareholders shouldn't coexist but the business owner should make sure the shareholders understand the pros and cons of the business before they are welcomed as inventors.
