Many companies had to lay off their employees because of lockdown and hit on their business. Some of the industries have gone through a tough time because of covid however crypto has been doing well. Even when the lockdown was going on the also crypto segment has done well and we have seen it reaching its all-time high. Exchnages like Coinbase and Binance have started their hiring on linked and this is completely digital hiring and the work profile is also completely remote. Even in India exchanges have done bulk hiring which is definitely contributing well to the employment in the country. Looking at the current scenario we can surely say that crypto will turn out to be one of the segments that can create millions of jobs in the world in the next few years.
Now we can see that many tech giants have started hiring blockchain developers, and its because they are exploring the possibility with this new age of technology. The recent bull run has made things great and its good because now we have got a growing segment where people can get employed even if they don't hold technical degrees because in crypto we have a bunch of opportunities and there is surely something everyone depending upon interest.

Other industries like real estate, hospitality, and aviation will take few years time to be back on track but crypto is completely different and there is a huge spike in hiring in the crypto space. This is a situation when its not widely adopted and many countries are still not open with their stand-in crypto so if they do then we can easily expect a massive drive-in hiring.
In India itself, I can see good growth and I hope that in the next few years it will be one of the segments that will give employment to millions of people across the country, Needless to say, that regulations will play a vital role in this and if we get crypto regulation soon then growth can be much higher than expected.
