I thought to share with you my vision for this year and use my blogs as a way to track my progress. I'm not only going to be doing a vision report niche, I would definitely veer into finance, gaming, my favorite sport wrestling (WWE to be precise) and a little bit of science sometimes. I'm not the type of person that sticks to a particular niche, I like to explore so many fields, but the unfortunate truth about that is you become a master of nothing. So my area of expertise would definitely be in finance. I offered accounting back in college and my number one passion in life is to build businesses.
I'm what you would call an entrepreneur.
My blogs would definitely be dominated by finance and mostly crypto since it's obvious that most people on this Blockchain are already well informed about cryptocurrency.
My Vision

To Express Myself: In person, I find it difficult to share my views, although my friends and family have been fighting me over that, I still haven't been able to do it. So I will try to use this platform to build that kind of self-confidence. With that being said, anything I say in this blog or future blogs is nothing but my opinions, it's not fact and therefore anyone can dispute it. As a matter of fact, I would love to see your opposite views on any subject I would blog about.
I have learned in life that most things are more subjective than objective, except for the basic principles so therefore sometimes there can be more than one answer based on:
- Location
- Upbringing
- Educational background
- Personal life experiences
- Religious background
And the list goes on and on. This is why we all should be open to other people's views. I'm not saying don't stick to your opinion, I'm saying don't fight others for their opinion. Keep your opinions but respect the opinions of others.

As the year began, I had a discussion with my biological father about opening chains of malls. Now 3 years ago I did a little bit of that but abandoned it to complete my college degree. I was too distracted to take care of it and unfortunately I had some terrible workers with me who screwed me over. So best I thought to close the whole thing. After college (less than 2 years ago) I had lost the passion for it, so I just decided to concentrate on my job and build my accounting career only. But somehow, as 2025 began, the passion I had 3 years ago seemed to have returned, and this time even stronger. One night I couldn't sleep till 4:27 am in the morning as my brain kept wondering about this dream.
Right there I felt this is more than just an extra income business, but a real calling and Destiny. As a little kid I have always dreamed about owning malls like Walmart, Best Buy and you know the rest. So this is a vision that has been with me since childhood. In fact, it's the reason why I chose to study Accounting at college (not because I love accounting, but because I wanted to understand how a business is financially managed).
No Turning Back and Baby Steps:
On the 5th of March 2025, I had a discussion with my Dad about taking up that dream again and this time around not looking back.
Fortunate for me, I didn't sell the store I used to have, it was just closed for the years I left it, so on the 7th of March I reopened it and took a little something I had saved over the years to start stocking up. I'm glad I have a supportive sister who is helping me manage the place.
Currently like I said in the thread, I'm halfway stocking up the place. I have planned to finish stocking by the End of May, since it requires a lot of capital to stock that place up. It's not that big of a place but it takes a lot on the shelves.
When I'm done I would probably load some pictures here but now I feel a little embarrassed at some of the empty shelves to show it. Haha.
Looks like I haven't talked about what kind of shop it is, but judging from the examples of Walmart and Best Buy, you can guess quickly it's a retail store. I'm starting with groceries and soon we would go into electricals and all kinds of gadgets.
I believe in these two things
Why?
As long as Human beings remain, one business that would never die off is a grocery store. Haha, you can start world war 3 God forbid and you can bet my business would not die except if the bombs nuke one of my shops.
Hopefully it never gets to that. Very hopeful
Technology, because it's now deeply engrained in our daily lives and almost a necessity for today's world's survival. Take technology away and I bet you in a few hours and days economies will collapse immediately. So, people will always need the new gadgets.
I don't know who said this but it goes like this:
"When everyone is digging for gold, you start selling shovels."
This is my mentality for the choice of business I'm into.
Road Map
I have decided to establish 2 grocery shops this year. The first one which is already in operation but more than halfway stocked and the second one which I'm already seeing the owner of the building to talk about the rent. Yeah, I might have to rent that for now, my capital is not enough to purchase the block. But surely one day we will purchase instead of rent.
The good thing is, both shops are not so far away from my residence so managing and monitoring won't be so difficult, and besides I'm blessed with a lovely sister who is helping me manage so I should do just fine hopefully.
What I did today
I went to the wholesale shops and bought some more goods. I have started looking into borrowing some money to help finish stocking up the place and roll over the money till the profit margin becomes a big enough capital. Hence why I was threading about debt yesterday, for all those who followed my threads.
I listened to Robert Kiyosaki and many other financial gurus talk about using debt. It's quite a risky game, but like Warren said, it's only risky if you don't understand what you're doing. I'm currently studying deep into how to use debt so I would appreciate it if you can leave some of your experiences in the comment section for me.
