I just read on cryptopato.com that microstrategy bought over $1.3 billion worth of Bitcoin. Aside satoshi nakamoto, the next name people usually talk about in the Bitcoin space is Michael Saylor, the guy leading Strategy, who at this point is clearly all in on BTC. What they bought at the time it was bought should roughly be 13,390 BTC. Altogether, they now hold over 568,000 bitcoins. Boy oh boy, 1 BTC is over a 100K so do the math yourself and see what the company is worth now. Now after you're done with that math consider the fact that if BTC hits even 500K or a million as most are predicting it possibly would as time goes on.
No need to do the search, thanks to AI with real-time search functionality that amount is currently worth almost 60 billion dollars with unrealized profit of almost 20 billion dollars.
So now 10xing Bitcoin's current value will take microstrategy to almost 600 billion dollars. All just by HODL. Boy what a genius he would look like if, and I emphasize on "if" that happens. On the downside if an unforseen calamity happens and Bitcoin goes the opposition direction, which I hardly doubt it would, that could also mean he is down to 5 billion. I'm just saying this so that just Incase you're too excited, you'd consider the the other side of the pendulum.
Its a Big risk Big Rewards Game
Micheal Saylor of MicroStrategy believes in Bitcoin’s future, and instead of just talking, they’re putting real money where their mouth is.
Personally, I’ve always been a bit risk averse when it comes to investing, in crypto. There's too many ups and downs, but when I see serious moves like this, I start wondering if maybe I should dip my toes further in. I'm already in, but maybe I should get all in. That might be both a good and bad idea based on your current situation in life. If you have something to take care of you, other safe investments, then I suggest you take this huge step and go all in.
If it's not money that feeds you and your home, trust me, just do it.
