I know you see it all the time online, the loudest people against Bitcoin are almost always the ones who didn't buy in when it all began. They watched the price move from a few hundred dollars to the thousands and just stood by. It gets under their skin so they have to find a way to justify not getting in.
The easiest thing is to say the whole thing is a scam, that way missing out turns into some kind of smart move instead of just not making a move at all.
Sad thing about these guys is they’ll hold onto that position for years without rethinking their life choices. Oh boy, just buy in already.
I have a friend who’s been calling Bitcoin a scam since 2017. Every single dip, he’s right there waiting for his “I told you so” moment. Well well well, seven years down the line, still nothing. He’s been waiting so long for it to all crash and burn, you’d think he has money riding on the failure itself hahaha.
I get where it comes from. When you see something work for other people and you weren’t part of it, it stings a little so you look for reasons why it shouldn’t have worked in the first place. Like I said initially, that way you feel better about missing out, but at the same time you don’t realize the only person you’re convincing is yourself.
The rest of us are just watching you wait for a collapse that might never come.
