Great day Splinter gamers all over the world!
Days are too fast. The end of last season seems just yesterday, and now we only have eight days left for the current season. I hope you add more collection power with epic and legendary cards from your EOS rewards! It would be best if you chance to get gold cards with high DEC!
Let’s take for a while to visit the market price of HIVE:
After touching 0.70 twice last 22 and 24 January, HIVE had a short 82.85% rally for 13 days reaching 1.28. Nine days ago, I noticed that HIVE has been maintaining its price above its 200-day simple moving average (SMA). I noted that traders technically consider this as an indication that the long-term trend has already reversed. Unfortunately, its price action for the following 12 days since the recent high, has broken that 200-day support. We are not sure if that breakdown means a resumption of the long-term downtrend or just temporary. Since 1.03 is the new 200-day SMA, supposed to be it is expected to provide the strongest support and buyers are expected to appear at this point. The last time I checked the chart, I saw a doji candlestick, which indicates indecision. However, since this doji appears after a prior downtrend, this might indicate that sellers are exhausted and could be interpreted as a bullish signal.
Blessings!
Today’s post is about Deeplurker, a very powerful water monster with opportunity ability!
For a piece of lore, Deeplurkers are described as:
. . . . a poisonous fish that dwell at the bottom of the ocean and prey on the weak. However, they are known to travel to the surface in times of dire need. Many believe that they are sensitive to the balance of elemental water magic and, when that balance is in danger, the Deeplurkers rise to attack or defend it. Source.
Deeplurker is a water monster with opportunity ability that makes it attack the enemy with the lowest health from any position. At Silver league, any gamer who intends to use this powerful warrior has to combine 100 cards in order to upgrade it to level 6. With its current market price of $0.25 per piece, this would mean that at level 6, this card would cost $25.00. If you are short of budget, you can just rent this card for a day at 8.35 DEC or $0.027.
Reaching level 6, Deeplurker will have poison ability. This ability is very powerful and none is exempted from this attack except monsters with immunity. At level 10, which is suitable for Diamond league, this card will have the ability to demoralize all enemies that have Melee weapon.

Mana Cap: 99
Ruleset:
Standard: No modification to the standard gameplay rules and mechanics.
1. DJINN CHWALA
I selected Djinn Chwala to be the tank anticipating attacks from Melee enemies. Her Thorns ability damages the attacker with Melee weapon. However, she’s weak facing ranged and magic attackers.
2. DJINN OSHANNUS
Djinn Oshannus was my preferred warrior in the second place. Just in case, Djinn Chwala confronted magic attackers, Oshannus is more than willing to replace her as the team’s tank. His Void ability reduces damage from Magic enemies.
3. NERISSA TRIDAWN
Another magic warrior is Nerissa Tridawn. Though she has no protective ability, but both her high health and three magic attacks are very powerful in a high mana cap battle.
4. DEEPLURKER
Deeplurker is in the fourth position. This is to protect him while he is doing the slaying of enemies with lowest health.
5. VENARI WAVESMITH
With her ability to grant two armors to all friendly monsters in her team, Venari Wavesmith provides a strong defense against both Melee and Ranged attackers.
6. AXEMASTER
I placed Axemaster in the last position for that’s the typical position of a Ranged warrior. His Double Strike ability has been proven time and again that determines the final victory for the water team. However, the only threat to his life is the presence of a Sneak attacker from the enemies’ team.
OUTCOME OF THE FIGHT
The battle is between earth and dragon splinters. The dragon camp has an advantage for it is able to utilize a dragon warrior and the additional shield provided by Drake of Arnak. In the first round, Mycelic Slipspawn was eliminated. Round 2, Deeplurker killed Goblin Tower. In the third round, Deeplurker’s next victim was Goblin Psychic, the opponent team’s healer. The total battle only lasted for four rounds.
Except for my choice of Djinn Chwala as a tank, I think all the five members fought well in their right places. Nevertheless, to the credit of Djinn Chwala, though she’s defenseless against the attack of both Regal Peryton and Goblin Psychic, at least she was able to reduce the health of Unicorn Mustang, a powerful tank against magic attackers. Without her help and with a healer on the side of the enemies, I think even with the combined attacks of Djinn Oshannus, Nerissa Tridawn, and Venari Wavesmith, they would find it difficult to get rid of Unicorn Mustang. Finally, our main character in this story, Deeplurker has done his mission well due to the protection of his team.
Thanks for reading my post. I hope you liked it. How’s your experience playing Deeplurker? Do you intend to upgrade it to higher level? Kindly share your own experience in the comment section.
