Introduction
The idea of new projects are basically for the fulfillment of a purpose and keying into those projects early, gives us an opportunity to become major receiver of those attached rewards.
In the crypto verse today, the popularity of some tokens are one of the factors that keeps increasing its price, which is as a result of increase in demands of this token.
This has given smart crypto investors the idea of investing in a token in its genesis.
Theoretically, if most people happens to receive a certain amount, lets say $1000, to invest in any token of their choice, we would found out that majority would want to invest in a very popular token like Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Why is that ?.
This is because of the popularity this tokens has gotten overtime, neglecting the current price of sales.
This is where we can discuss about Tokens in their genesis. Everything that makes up the world today had a beginning, including bitcoin which is the most valued coin in the crypto market.
I remembered explaining a brief history of bitcoin in my previous post, how it actually moved from a penny to a $29K price, though we have seen higher prices.
The concept of Genesis of a Token simply means the beginning of any token as a project. This is where interested investors are given the opportunity to accumulate as much as they can due to its low price rate.
But Why Accumulate ?
From a proper reasoning, it is very easy to accumulate a coin at its genesis than to accumulate those of greater value.
Considering the fact that a person who buys one(1) bitcoin and another who buys a token like hive that worths one(1) bitcoin are both rich in same value, but one of them has a greater tendency to becoming richer in the future.
The person who has accumulated more hive which worths same as one(1) bitcoin has proven to be smarter because he has accumulated so much, not for the present but for the future.
People's Objective On New Token
Like i said earlier, the popularity of tokens is a major attribute to its price value, which has really made people downgraded the idea of new projects.
Some crypto users/investors prefer investing their finances into popular projects due to its long term sustainability.
The concept of not investing in new projects is lack of trust or being in doubt if the project in particular could survive the market heat.
What To Look Out For
When investing in new token, we should be looking out for the advantages and disadvantages that comes with it.
Advantages are the rewards that comes with accumulating large amount of a trusted projected. This advantages are common with almost every token but it requires great planning and risk taking to enjoy them.
Disadvantages are the bad effect that comes when a projects fails to work out. Investors sometimes must have spent large amount in such projects trying to accumulate much.
Considering Hive Token
From my opinion, i think hive token is a very good project that is still in a stage where investors can accumulate. Neglecting the fact that hive is not a new project, the price seems suitable for proper investment.
My Opinion And Conclusion
The idea of accumulating tokens in its genesis is a very smart move which is not done by so many. The concept of following popularity has left so many in the dark, not realizing the great opportunity of investing in what's new.
