Introduction
The current world we see today is as a process of evolution that has occured overtime. Rapid transformation had increase the way humans think, challenging them to set new and competitive standard for themselves.
As far as history is concerned, the world speaks different languages, which only specific individuals could understand and flow freely with.
Along the line, a general language had to be in place, which was necessary for the exchange of goods and services. That language is money.
Money, according to leoglossary simply means "Any item or record that is accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts, such as taxes". This language was so power that it could even settle or cause conflict among people.
Before the introduction of money, a system was already in place which helps in the exchange of goods. That system is the know as the barter system, or popularly known as trade by barter.
Trade by barter simply involves the exchange of goods for others goods. Along the line, it failed to become a language due to the high rate of losses.
After the trade by barter had lost its place, other forms of money started evolving, which gave humans the opportunity to have possession over them.
In our today world, the current form of money is the fiat currency, which is usually owned by a government of a state and serves as a general language for means of exchange. This currency are usually in paper form, which means they are processed in form of papers.
Every country has its own general form of language, but we've seen how other currency like the US dollar, Euro, etc , has being able to set a standard mark for other currencies. This means that this top currencies are now used as standard unit for measuring other currencies.
Where Digital Comes In...
The idea of fiat currency is also beginning to fade away, as humans now prefer to store their money on their electronic devices. This is as a result of continuous evolution.
The digital system has gradually come into the picture, as fiat currency are now turned into digital currency which helps to serve thesame purpose.
Then How Is Cryptocurrency Related ?
Cryptocurrency happens to be another form of digital currency, but it appears that it is not a fiat because it is not issued by any government.
This currency is quite different due to the increase and decrease in value it offers. Though, it is very beneficial in certain seasons which crypto experts call the bull season.
Stating the fact that crypto currency is a digital currency, that means it is part of evolution of money.
But ideally, we've observe how well this currency has gain more popularity than other digital currencies. This has proven that crypto currency is the best alternative to other digital currency and not paper currency.
My Opinion And Conclusion
Paper currency might be a thing of the past in few years due to the continuos evolution of humans and money. It's so beautiful to understand how nature has programmed the use of crypto already.
