I used to see one of my favorite youtubers that on many of her trips rented these transports, I thought it was very cool and practical, however, I did not imagine they would have such a boom in the market.

The boom of this new mode of transport is due to its low cost, environmental friendliness and the ease it gives you by not getting stuck in heavy traffic, these fundamental factors have made these scooters go from being a simple and practical option to be considered as a transport that even has its own rules of use and legislation for trafficking.

These scooters have become an alternative to an internal combustion engine cart. A surprising element is that not only is it used by a young population, but people of different ages make the decision to use scooters as a means of transportation to get to their jobs for example or to ride around the cities.

One of the trends in 2021 will be an increase in conversation towards the use of anything that is beneficial to the environment, so it is very likely that this type of vehicle will gain momentum in other countries outside Europe, because it is entirely electric and does not cause greenhouse gas emissions.

The demand for electric scooters has increased by 1021% since January 2019, its use has been noted to be growing especially in European countries. If this vehicle is adopted by a large mass of the population the automotive industry may suffer an impact because these vehicles are easier to acquire and maintain.

Although there have been several inventions that have been made in terms of electric vehicles, all those previous failures helped to produce the electric scooter that we know today, in fact, it has been so successful that even Ford, VolksWagen and other automotive companies have developed their own products so as not to be left out. In fact, Ford recently launched their new electric scooter with artificial intelligence and the internet of things.

The market movement has been very fast, even Xiaomi launched its own electric scooter; as well as there are manufacturers there are also many companies that have dedicated themselves to renting out the electric scooters by means of applications. The trends in the transportation market are increasing, we have seen many options in the market that aim to facilitate access to transportation, they hope to make vehicles more environmentally friendly that suit all types of audiences.
