LeoFinance - 500 Internal Server Error - what causes it ?

I have been getting this consistently when trying to load an image in LeoFinance (https://leofinance.io) UI. I have got a work laptop which does have more security, so since last few days, I was thinking, may be they blocked LeoFinance in firewall rules. Because they have already blocked all other interfaces for hive to upload image, LeoFinance was the only one that was working, where I could upload images. May be they allowed LeoFinance, because we deal with Finance 😁

But to my surprise, when I tried this in my personal laptop, I am getting the same error. Here is the error copied , though it does not completely show up.

nginx/1.14.0 (Ubuntu)

Here is how it looks like , even the comments mess it up here. Can someone tell me how to fix this or what causes this ?
