The power of blockchain and tokenization

In a recent interview about the significance of the Bitcoin ETF's record shattering first day of 2.5 Billion Dollars of cash flow, Larry Fink was asked what he thought was the significance of Bitcoin. Surprisingly he praised Bitcoin as an innovative technology, a new asset class, and currrently the receipoent of much cash fleeing to safety from other asset classes.

• Now while it's great that he acknowledged that Bitcoin represents a new asset class, and he acknowleged that Bitcoin is a flight to safety from cash and other assets which aren't performing well.
• This is a very significant point.
• Larry Fink is the Founder of BlackRock, widely acknowledged as the largest fund manager in the traditional finance world. If anyone knows what they are talking about with respect to assets, asset classes and investor flight to safety in uncertain economic times, he does.
• So it's important to bask in the sunshine of this moment, which has been hard fought:

Next lets focus on what he said next about tokeniization of real world assets.

• He said that the true value of the blockchain was tokenization, and a open, transparent, immutable ledger to record ownership of Real World Assets on, so that the title, ownership, sale and purchase of Real World Assets would be come transparent, and records would all be accurate.
• Then he said this was the true value of Bitcoin, it would introduce the world to a system which makes corruption and crime visible to all.

Tokenization of Real Word Assets called RWAs for short, is a way to not only free up the liquidity of trillions of dollars of real estate, the largest asset class in the world, but also other significant asset classes like art and collectibles.

• This embracement by Mr. Larry Funk of the huge value of tokenization of assets is an astonishing point, that now a true giant of traditional finance embraces and sees as very valuable aspect of blockchain technology, as the next big thing.
• When the internet first came on the scne we had no idea what it's most important use cases would be. Larry Fink is proposing that tokenization of RWA may be one of the most important use cases for blockchain technology.

Adoption of blockchain ledger technology to the worlds record system of asset ownership, sale, purchase and transfer is the greatest anti-corruption gift to the world from cryptocurrency.
