The HIVE ecosystem has grown so much in the past year that I have to make a list so I can keep track of all the projects I am involved in and to have a plan for the future steps I will make. This is more of a status report where I am now and a basic strategy I want to implement. The sheer number of games and other investments I made on hive engine makes it necessary to have an overview so I can follow through with my decisions.

Now that this is put aside let us dive right into the analytics! I will try to make this as easy to read as possible but remember this is for my own purposes as well I need to keep track of my investments and I hope on the way I can figure out what I will do in the future. I will start from top to bottom checking all my gaming assets and all my investments in the HIVE ecosystem and also will take a look outside of it since some projects are on BSC or POLYGON.

I will write in order of the size of my involvement in the projects. I might do some detours in smaller investments as well if it has to do with the bigger project.

My biggest bag.

1. Splinterlands

Splinterlands is by far the biggest bag of NFTs and tokens I hold. This did not happen on purpose it just happened. I just wanted to have a nicer gameplay experience and bought card packs before the game exploded. My collection value has risen and fallen and the point I am standing now is much higher than any bag I ever had.

One of the best aspects of Splinterlands is that there is so many ways to earn income from it.

First there is your collection that can go either way on top my collection of cards was worth about 100k in USD value. I could have sold cards and bought them back now and make a huge profit but I did not. So one of my main goals in 2022 is to take some profits. I am not sure if it is going to be by selling cards or by selling a portion of my token holdings.

Lets see where I stand. I have a main and a secondary playing account and 1 rental account. All the accounts are holding a total collection value of approx 38,700 USD this is only the value of the cards I own.

There is more assets that are not shown on peakmonsters and here I use the total account value tool of https://splex.gg/ this is a very good site to manage all of your accounts and if you have a diverse and big collection spreading over several accounts it saves you a lot of time.

The assets not included in this screenshot are those held on hive engine. I hold several tokens in the liquidity pools on tribaldex. The pools invoving splinterlands assets are as following

These pools are of course a risk to impermanent loss since they are pooled against each other. Since I like all the tokens I pooled I am not so worried about this. I also hope to offset any loss that may occur with the rewards the pools are paying for providing liquidity.

I also hold a few DEC in liquid form ready to do either a sell or a use of the tokens.

I try to compound the rewards by occasionally adding them to one of the pools. The main reason for liquidity providing is to stay liquid. I have the assets at my fingertip they are not staked and I can use them for many things. With Riftwatchers dropping in 2 days I want to have enough dry gunpowder to fire at some of those packs.

Since I really do not want to sell any assets right now as the market is still in a bear cycle I will wait for the next bull run where I will try to take profits without influencing my ability to play the game. I have still not decided wether I will sell my tract or use it to play the land expansion.

I am pretty positive that Splinterlands will not get rugged any time soon and that is the reason why I keep compounding my profits here and when the time comes I will take some of these profits to real life.

My passive income with renting my cards has been managed very well by the service on Splex.gg and I will continue to use it since it saves so much time with managing my rentals. It is totally worth the 10% fee I have to pay for my rental income.

The next screenshot shows how constant of an income that is with basically 0 work for me other than to pay the invoices for the service. I will continue to add to the rental collection focusing on chaos and rift watchers edition cards that get a good price at the rental market.

This is my most passive SL income besides the rewards for staking SPS which brings us to the next point.

SPS governance token

$SPS airdrop has ended a while ago and since then the price has been on a bit of a rollercoaster ride. When crypto.com announced that they would be listing SPS on their exchange I used the opportunity to invest in a few more SPS that have either entered liquidity pools or have been staked.

The staking rewards are still very attractive and are a nice edition to my passive income streams. VOUCHERS and more SPS hitting my LP positions from the rewards I make with my staked SPS.

The staked SPS will also give me a good portion of the new airdrop coming with the Genesis League Soccer game. You can check out their white paper here. GLS WP

This gives SPS an additional use case which could result in new players coming to Splinterlands as well as driving the price of the token itself. I am not a big soccer fan and probably will not be playing the game too much so this would be an opportunity to take some profits by selling the airdropped tokens.

2. ONEUP CARTEL

The Oneup cartel is a gaming guild with its own token $CARTEL tradable on all hive engine exchanges. By holding the token you are part of the Cartels involvement in the hive engine GAMEFI space. I hold 27 CARTEL currently and this gives me a decent amount WOO tokens and VOUCHERS as well. Since the cartel operates in the Splinterlands realm they are also exposed to the GLS airdrop and many other projects. This is a buy and hold token and I have used it for my own guild as well. Our account @acolytesofhelio benefits from drips of VOUCHERS and WOO tokens along the way. There is many more things to come to the Cartel and I am happy I got in on this as soon as it got announced. I also have a smaller stake in the tribe token ONEUP which gives me a nice return fro delegating it to the curation service of the Cartel.

3. EDSM and EDS

I bought a few EDSM tokens back in the day and they have been paying me a good amount of EDS tokens over time. EDS also gives you a weekly drop of liquid HIVE which I mostly use for powering up and growing my hive power.

4. LEO

I don't have anything to add to this. I have not enough LEO and will keep on powering up for #LPUD and hopefully reach a good amount until the end of the year. My LEO power should be at least 5000 by the end of the year hopefully more.

5. CUB and Polycub

The Leofinance ecosystem is spreading its wings to BSC and Polygon and I am providing liquidity on CUB as well as staking my Polycub in X and vex polycub on polycub.com

Currently I am farming 2 LPs and stake the harvest in the CUB kingdom. I hope for the token to regain some of its former value at some point since I am in a losing position on this one.

The Kingdom is auto compounding twice a day and my stake in there has been continuously growing.

6. Psyberx

I am really just waiting for the game to launch, wen? We don't know but I hold a founders NFT and 2 land plots in here so I really much hope that this game will be a success. I hold a bit over 400k LVL tokens and benefit from the airdropped crates that contain NFTs. I really can not contemplate how much my investment there is worth right now. I kinda lost track of developments with @psyberx and that is because there is simply too much going on on hive and I am unable to keep track whats happening.

7. Rising Star

A lot of changes have happened since I started the game and I invested a bit of hive in STARBITS when it was still 3x from now so I am in a loss there as well but I really like the game and the community aroun d it so I am just gonna compound my earnings in new packs and try to maximize my income from the Music NFT game. The team has been doing everything to keep the game alive and I can't wait for the fresh news from Jux on @hivefest.

8. Chifibots

I completely lost track but I know I spent about a 1000$ in HIVE to be part of the project. They are now building on stacks and as soon as I know how that will work out I am going to either play the game or take profits if possible.

9. Hashkings

The ganha farming game is one of my least tracked investments and I really just enjoy playing the game. I am staking all the $BUDS I make since the staking has a ratio just as xPolycub does. It is a forever number go up ratio. BUDSX will give me more BUDS back than I staked when I decide to unstake them. I am also staking $MOTA to farm seeds and occasionally I sell some of those on NFTmart

10. Cryptoshots

Cryptoshots was founded on the WAX blockchain but recently they launched their HIVE based NFTs and you can earn by playing this fun FPS game. You can log in with your hive account and shoot some drones in the dungeons. I have aped into a few NFTs but nothing special. We will see where this goes.

Other HIVE engine investments @liotes

I am heavily involved with all things based on HIVE and one of the very first ones was LENM by @liotes I am holding a bunch of these mills and they have been providing a nice side income in LEN tokens that can either be sold on the DEXs or can be spent for severwal thing in the liotes shop. The project has been growing since its inception and as I am a stakeholder I receive regular upvotes on my content, thus making some extra HIVE and HBD on the side.
LENM have been holding their value pretty well and they make about 1$ worth of LEN each day. The numbers might be a bit off since the mining is done by lottery and sometimes I make more sometimes less. I wish to get to about 750 LENM staked by end of year.

HIVEPOWER

I want to grow this bag to a healthy stake of at least 3k by end of year but maybe een more.

This post is already getting very long so I will try to finish this up.

I need to get up to date on the projects I am invested in and see where it takes me. I really would love to take some profits along the way when the next bull cycle hits in.
