Payouts were sent earlier today. Just a reminder that the rate changed for this week to 1 per 1200 delegation of LEO.
Again LEO price slipped a bit this week, and again we just made a small profit. I need to have some conversations with Mr - Spinny and a couple others about a way forward. Also, the Fork throws a spanner in our works - with a likelyhood of delays for Steem Engine migrating, or running services on both chains and also what tribe founders want.
So Much uncertainty.
So, I think that temporarily, and given the steady decline we have seen in SE token prices, particularly LEO our bread and butter, I need to suspend rewards for delegation temporarily.
The new chain forks on Friday, but I don't think Steem Engine or the tribes will be ready and organised by then. A lot will still be on STEEM, but uncertainty reigns and that is usually very bad for token values. I can't guarantee any level of income will be sufficient to cover payouts over the next week or two. Hopefully once the dust settles the future will be clear for all the various factors we are relying on for income - SteemLEO, other tribes, Steem Engine, plus services like steemauto which may or may not still work, may or may not be available on the new chain. There are a lot of factors at play to this set up making money and paying rewards, and I can't be sure all of them will remain available.
So, for the next 2 weeks minimum, there will be no delegation payouts. All token earnings will be accumulated (nothing sold) but kept liquid for now. Anyone wishing to undelegate - please feel free to do so. My hope is that this will only be for 2 weeks, but I can't be sure. I'll keep everything running as best I can, and update as soon as I know more. Also if anyone hears any info that may be useful, please feel free to comment on this post.
Very sorry to all, but really the value isn't being lost, while SPI payments won't happen, income will continue so long as services and tribes are still available.
The pause in payouts will also give me some time to think, and take opinions on how to move forward once the dust settles, and revitalise this account for future growth.
