It might sound crazy to a lot of us to imagine never having to work again
But getting a lot of wealth is funny enough the easy part
Keeping it is a whole other battle
You can't put all your bags in one basket
Put it all into property and maybe some new law or some disaster puts it all on the line
Buy a bunch of stocks and maybe there is some event that makes you lose a massive junk of it at once
Imagine holding it all on some hot wallet on your phone and you get simswapped
Gold and silver? what if you get on a boat and the boat sinks, there goes all your stack
That is why you see a lot of people diversify
Its not because they are leaving opportunity on the table, its so that if one whole sector goes belly up you have something completely different over here that is unaffected
Or else the wealthiest people would keep all their worth in a single asset, the one they like the most
But even if I personally think, ETH, for example, will outperform EVERYTHING else in the world, it would still be silly to put all my wealth into just ETH, even if its super secure across multiple cold storage devices. What if ETH devs go nuts and say "hey let's ramp up inflation for no apparent reason" and validators dump the price... would this happen? probably no, but still, it could, that is why its best to have a lot of different things
Which brings me to hive and LEO
I have enough other coins other places
Originally I want to take a little bit of hive profits here and there and changing it for something else
doing so so far has lead me to make significant gains far surpassing anything I could find on Hive
That is until LEO went deflationary
Now, without wanting to sound like a low key hater, I will admit there are coins out there that have been beating and will continue to beat LEO, not because I do not thing LEO has it in it or that the team isn't going to kill it. But hive is a niche thing. It's a slow growing community but that is one of the things I like about it. We don't have shit coin casino degenerates here. We have people building stuff making a difference. The amount of people who have been bless by hive and hbd is getting larger and larger.
But with this organic community driven approach, we don't have the monster moves that come with being flashy and out there.
I mean seriously, Richard Heart had to raise over a billion dollars and Twerk in his Gucci suit and talk mad shit to get the SEC and media attention before spending godknows how many millions of dollars to get the most savage US bawfirm to destroy the SEC and soon interpol...
That is a lot of attention that a lot of us here don't really want to deal with, I mean the guy hasn't streamed in forever and has had this all planned out for years.
This is why I have been hoping to see pulsechain integrated and involved with the LEODEX
The volume there is unreal
I mean there are a lot of community made dexs on pulsechain and they are all doing millions of volume
just being there will bring attention to leo
The pulsechain group are some of the most interesting group of people and simply participating with them will bring over a lot of their $$$$
LEO recently has taken a PLSX, PTGC, UFO approach to their tokenomics.
PLSX has like 20 trillion community own coins over 1.5 trillion burnt already if I'm not mistaken
PTGC has 333,333,333,333 coins with like 12.6% burn so around 291 billion left
UFO has 999,999,999,999 coins with a bunch burnt I think like 80 billion burnt already
LEO has 30,000,000 tokens and already has been burning some
It takes some time to cook, but LEO is primed to make it to $1 FAST as long as hive makes a nice move and volumes pick up
The LEO team has been paying attention to what is happening to the broader crypto market, and makes sense for them to refuse to participle with the Pulsechain people, simply because the volume might come with some drama and LEO/Hive people are very positive and focused on building and not really interested in having to address drama all the time
There will be plenty of people who will be drawn to the calm slow growth aspect of Hive but will be able to dip their toes into volatility with LEO but with LEO I expect them to see more green candles compared to hive
One thing is for sure, whenever its time to cash out of crypto, I am getting into gold and silver, not cash
