So Recently i found an interesting new trend or maybe group of people i am not sure what is better, they or it called Quitfluencers. Its peaked my interest so i decided to search more and make a proper post about them-it.
Everything started with Covid everything changed after the pandemic and so did our work ethics, digital transformation has left its mark. Telecommuting, flexibility or being trapped in front of screens that never turn off inside homes.
Before we started returning to normal the War on Ukraine started so the Z generation who is now active had new slogans
"We don't want to live to work",
"Better unemployed than exploited",
"I never get a salary in my hands.
"Everything goes straight to the bills."
All of the above it seems to coming out of every mouth in every conversation nowdays.
So a new type of trend or kind of person was born and their Name is QUITFLUENCERS the ones that dont want to live to work and for that they re examining their working reality.
In fact, they refuse to choose or stay in jobs that limit their personal time to a minimum. They believe that they are underpaid while overworked and that their salary is never enough to cover their living costs. That is why they are willing to resign, take risks and look for a job that will provide them with a balance between personal and professional life.

These are the ones that make even the big corporations with hundred of billions of dollars as revenues do tremble because its not just about the individuals who are quitfluncers when quiting is starting in a corporation its spreading like a pandemic and it even triples the probabilities of the others to quit as well.
So what the big corporations will do about that? What every time of corporation will do to keep its employs ? Thats probably one of the top 10 things we will be hearing in the next decade .
