It was brought to my attention that some are not clear how to use LeoGlossary to link terms in their articles.
Therefore, I decided to put together a tutorial to help people along.
LeoGlossary Main Menu
LeoGlossary starts with the Main Menu. Here is where you can access whatever is in the database.

From here we have a few choices.
One is to access some Glossaries and ready made pages. The other is to use the alphabetical grid to access the term you are seeking.

Once we select a letter, the list of terms will come up.

Click on the term and we get the page.
As we can see, there is a link at the bottom of each page back to the Main Menu. This makes it easy to navigate.
How To Link
Once we have the page, we copy the URL.
Then we have to do a bit of markdown coding in our post.
Hence if we are going to link the term "data", we will for start with:
[data]
this is immediately followed by (no space):
(@leoglossary/leoglossary-data)
What they are put together we get Data. Putting our cursor over the term shows the URL.
Why Use Links In Articles
There are a few reasons why we want to use links in our articles.
To start, it provides the reader with more informaiton. Often we are writing and the reader might not be aware of all the terms we are using. This can be true for something unfamiliar such as cryptocurrency or blockchain. This means we are adding value to the reader.
At the same time, linking can help the articles ranking in the search engines. If we are linking on certain keywords, this helps Google to understand things a bit better. This can enhance our placement, hopefully establishing us as experts.
Finally, this is a great way to help drive traffic to LeoGlossary and, in turn, Leofinance. We are looking at making this an epicenter of financial information. Having links in articles can help to steer people in that direction. This is especially true for articles we are seeing out on Twitter or Facebook.
Over the next year, we will be expanding the database even further. The goal is to reach 5,000 terms by the end of 2023. This is something that should provide a strong foundation going forward.
