At the end of the day, we (the laypeople, ordinary non-compulsory GPT users) only realized how inflated the universe of AIs was when a power competitor appeared and devastated everything that had been said until then about computing power, training time, etc.

A gente só percebe que está em uma bolha depois que ela estoura? Não sei, eu sou péssimo em compreender o mercado e os sistemas sociais que estão emaranhados nos núcleos capitalistas, mas sei que muita gente entende, compreende e estuda esse tipo de coisa. No final das contas a gente (os leigos, usuários comuns não compulsórios de GPT) só percebeu quão inflacionado estava o universo das IAs quando um concorrente de poder aparece e devasta tudo que foi dito até então à respeito de poder de computação, tempo de treinamento, etc.
SourceNaturalmente agora teremos essa guerra de gigantes, com acusações (roubaram nossos dados blá blá blá), teremos um choque imenso em inúmeros sentidos. Mas seja como for, o mercado sentiu o baque, e ao menos para mim (novamente, um leigo) só posso compreender que o mercado (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc) terão que abaixar os preços, porque a parcela de usuários que vai migrar para o DeepSeek é imenso, conforme estes souberem de sua existência. A onda apenas começou, vamos ver no que isso vai dar. E na minha opinião? Vida longa ao capitalismo bem feito, China sabendo jogar, mostrando potencial e inteligência na brincadeira.
