In an effort to help new people not struggle like I did, I plan to continue updating these links. They should provide a good resource to find everything you need to succeed in Splinterlands and the HIVE blockchain.
Creating a Hive Account

Splinterlands.com - Buy a spellbook and you will have a hive account. This is needed to play the game anyways so is the route I went.
Getting HIVE
- https://www.binance.com or https://www.us.binance.us are easiest if you have access.
- You can also deposit ETH, LTC, BTC, BNB and more at Tribaldex. You will receive the hive equivalent for your coin that you can then sell on the market for swap.hive. This would skip the next step of buying HIVE directly then exchanging for swap.hive.
