Intro
Good day dear mates! It has passed whole week from the beginning of the 2025 year. And I think it's enough time to take all in my hands and start to be more active since holidays are over in my region. And here I think is important to put my resolutions for this year to have possibility to look back at the end of the year.
2024 recap
But first of all I think it is needed to say Good bye to the 2024 and make recap of past year which I made for myself in this post. First of then it was to change place of my work and I successfully did it! Of course it had a big impact on my life in 2024. Because it was connected with meeting with new people, new team mates and new area of interests and work. Due to this things I had less time to be active in hive and almost stopped to write posts at the spring and summer time. But I still could to curate and to participate in HPUDs and #hivegarden challenge. Also change place of work affected my plans for days off and vacation as so as in my country I can take vacation just after 6 months after beginning of work for company. In my case half of year passed just in September and that's why I couldn't even visit HF in this year, but about it a little bit later.
The second one point was to change or repair my car and I did it too. Of course now I don't have enough money to buy new one. But I like this old one and if it'll work further I'll be glad because I like my car and kids like it too ;)
Another one important goal was to take my family to travel to the ocean or to the sea. Hear I can say it was 50/50 and again here I fell affect of changing place of work. So of course I took my family to vacation but as so as it was in November local seas were to cold at this time and available close to us countries too. On the other side we could travel along Volga river and to Anapa city.
Also I had goal to stay active as it possible and here I used not only running, gardening but also skiing and cycling.
Then was point to start learn Spanish language what I put on pause I think till next summer but it's still in my plans.
Resolutions for 2025
At this section I'll put what I want to reach in this year. Of course I understand that my plans should be S.M.A.R.T.
And here is the first goal for myself will be to complete goals from previous year. Among them to reach at least 5000 HP and 1000 LP. 5000 HP is not so far from me considering that now I have more than 4000 HP. Also I still want to visit HF with my family but in current situation it costs not cheap for me.
The next one goal which goes to this year is to help parents to rebuild garden house. In 2024 I prepared materials for it. So when snow will melt in May I think it'll be possible to start reconstruction works.
It more closest future I have plans to change lights in my home. And get couple woodrobes. Also I'll continue to learn IAC and use it daily life when it's needed. And maybe even once to pass Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) exam. Not sure that till the end of the year but I'll try to do my best!
And of course it's still open slot to have vacation on the sea shore with family. I hope it'll be couple more travels in this year. Let's look in the end of the year what will be done.
Hive goals for 2025
In separate section I'd like to put several more goals related to Hive community besides reaching milestone of HP and visiting Hivefest.
Among my goals is to publish series of posts about CI-CD, server related themes and tech practices which I use for the memories. Also I'll be further participate in HPUD and LPUD events. I want to publish post for # hivegarden community about visiting my friends garden. Then I want to learn how to use cli_wallet, run nodes maybe ones. Also I'd like to publish travel posts for #worldmappin community and recipes, foodsharing posts for foodies bee hive community.
Final thoughts
So finally I hope that I didn't forget any important points in this post. And in 2025 I'll try to do my best to achieve my goals. Hope all will clear and easy but just time will show us who was right. Stay tuned! Yours @travoved
