Logan claimed being a much as a victim as everybody else. In fact, some portal news call it "Logan's scam" but after investigations, it was proved that people from the team sabotaged the project, which opened the option for Logan Paul to fill his own lawsuit against those that were identified as the authors of the sabotage and stealing. What sounds interesting to me on this case, is that, if he was so into the development, knowing that the kids of the developers loved the game, at what point things went south? Don't invest what you are not willing to lose, because even if the game launched it could have been a flop and you lose anyway, unless your sole goal was playing and having fun, then you are good. As an influencer, do not promote something like this, that has not been even launched, that you have no complete control over. You can promote it as something you like but stating it is not financial advice. But directly promoting it as a way of make money and a good investment, makes you liable for people loses following your advice. This is why the Lawsuit against him is possible, and the settlement there would be a bigger lost, plus all the legal repercussions it will have, than the option he has gone for: A Buy-back program, where he will buy the original NFTs for their original price. For that, he will determine which ones are elegible, establishing that only the original ones are elegible, meaning the eggs, any hybrid created is not elegible since it is not the original NFT. Here is the page he will be using for it, and this means millions of dollars from his pocket to compensate the disappointed players. It has a condition though. If you accept this refund, you can not sue him over the scam / betrayal of the team. That is why even when he claim being a victim (and the investigation seems to back him) he is still guilty of giving financial advice to all this people and the lawsuit settlement, could be way more expensive and have more repercussions on this career and legal reputation than paying to people for the Base Eggs and Base Animals NFTs they bought. Puedes promociónalo como algo que te guste, pero afirmando que no es un consejo financiero. Pero promocionarlo directamente como una forma de ganar dinero y una buena inversión lo hace responsable de las pérdidas que la gente sigue a su consejo.

Es por eso que la demanda en su contra es posible, y el acuerdo allí supondría una pérdida mayor, más todas las repercusiones legales que tendrá, que la opción por la que ha optado: un programa de recompra, donde comprará los NFT originales. por su precio original. Para ello determinará cuáles son elegibles, estableciendo que solo son elegibles los originales, es decir los huevos, cualquier híbrido creado no es elegible ya que no es el NFT original. Utilizará una página para ello, y esto significa millones de dólares de su bolsillo para compensar a los jugadores decepcionados.
