Early adoption would always pay when it comes to cryptocurrency. Each time I see the ride that Bitcoin is taking, I wished I had this understanding about Crypto as at 2015. It was still a very ripe time to have entered quite cheap. By now, I wouldn't be working anywhere anymore and my philanthropic organization would be well funded. for me, that's satisfaction.
BTC is high there and I can't purchase a single unit now at its present value. However, thanks to @Tomlee for telling me about STEEMHIVE three years ago and glad that I obliged to know more about it. I've been ale to get 10 to 20 persons self employed today via blogging on Steem and Hive over the last three years and I'll have a long list of "Big" stuffs I've gooten done with my STEEM/HIVE earnings over the last three years.
August 2019 would remain green in my memory with the advent of Steem-engine which metamorphosed into Hive-engine, giving a whole new definition of business opportunities available on the Hive blockchain. Since the Steem-Hive Split, I have become a full enthusiast of Hive's second layer applications and tokens and I've drawn the best out of the adventure so far.
AMong the few tokens that captures my interest on Hive's second layer, SPORTS is of high priority. Many things have happen over the last 14 months that made the once robust tribe - SPortstalksocial to be relegated to the rear in terms of activities and tokenomics. However, glad that things are picking up. @Patrickulrich, the team lead is giving some more time and energy to the restoration of the STS community with great features on build.
Indeed, I make old to say that 2021 would start with a powerful note with SPORTS token with the soon to be revealed feature which would spice engagement, investment and catalyze token price as well. Being aware of this makes me so determined to gather as much SPORTS token as I can to e able to stay relevant in the community when things shape up.
GOing for more SPORTS token becomes more interesting as many users are scrambling for the scarce tokens (in liquid form). With four accounts holding above 50 million tokens and aiming for the 60 million mark, it is evident that soon, the demand would increase and the price would go 10x, 20x, 30x, and evcen to 50x.
Having purchased SPORTS token at $0.01 price, I am certain that the token could scale back to the ranks if not half of that value. Thus, uying into SPORTS now that its way cheaper is someone every Hive users who's interested in the second layer tokens should do.
As of now, curation has become juicier on SportsTalkSocial with the 50/50 linear curation curve adopted. It is quite easy to hit a 70% APY with SPORTS token curation, assuming that the price of the token remains constant. However, as it continues to grow, 140% APY would be very visible.
As at now, SPORTS is trying to build support above the 0.0003 HIVE mark and that would be an incredible move. I have placed 1.5 million buy order in the last 24 hours and it's difficult to get filled.
A keen look at the Total HIVE columns on the buy/sell sections shows that there is some buy pressure building up and there are no tokens in the H-E for sell. My back-end analysis shows that there are fewer than 300 million liquid SPORTS token and that's way too small for such a cheap token and can be swept by one user or a sports club/organization.
My target for 2021 is to meet corporate organization and onboard them to Hive with the second layer communities in mind. Sports related organizations would still be a priority.
I simply love identifying with what has a great future and I don't mind sacrificing for it at the start. I do not also want to reap the dividends alone, the reason I share these thoughts.
