Nathaniel Popper said "The blockchain is a technology that is supposed to be all about distributing power and information away from central authorities. But many individuals have been crucial in pushing the technology forward". source
An effective leadership has been widely acknowledged as a potent instrument for achieving the goals of any organisation. Leadership is an important aspect of management and the ability to lead effectively is one of the keys to being an effective manager. This is because the essence of leadership is fellowship which is the height of trust in human relations.
Yesterday, I used Tajfel and Turner’s Social Identity Theory to explain Blockchain "Acceptance" and "Onbaording" in this post. I attempted to explain that reputation set by an organization which gives it a pride of place among other rival organizations could serve as a bait to building trust for new users to onboard and perhaps invest in the products offered by the organisation. The setting of the reputation is succinctly defined by the image behind the brand.
Leadership involves the ability to influences others to accomplish an objective and to direct an organisation in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. In other words, the value of leadership is the willingness of people to follow that and this would in turn lead to an improved commitment from the followers towards achieving the grand purpose of the organisation.
While everyone in life have their own self will, people tend to follow those whom they perceive as have the capacity to drive them to owning their desires, wants and needs. That is why any organisation that desires to achieve her objectives, must have an effective and efficient leadership who knows how to apply all the management principles in achieving her organisational objectives.
Brand Image is how customers think of a brand. It can be defined as the perception of the brand in the minds of the customers or prospective users. This image develops over time. Truth be, even when steem is going centralized, the image of Justin Sun (whether good or bad) has a way of holding up the value of steem.

We all know that hive is a truly decentralized community. There is a need to front an influencer that would represent rhe hive brand in the community of blockchain/cryptocurrency leaders in the cryptosphere.
Just my thoughts, what do you think?
