By July 24, I would have clocked 30 months on a cryptocurrency-powered blockchain. It all started from Steem and now the journey is getting sustainable on Hive. According to Hivestats.io, I have so far earned 7,430.05 Hive Power through content creation while 170.57 Hive Power was earned through curation. That means that my authorship earnings is about 43 times the curation earnings.
The gap between the curation and authorship earnings is based on the fact that I never had the investment mentality probably because I saw myself as a content creator. All I was concerned with was the amount I can make from contenting and cash them out as well. However, of late, I've been asking myself, "what if people never wanted to invest their money in Hive, how would your contents draw value?" I want to believe that some persons should as well ask themselves the same question.
The issue with the dwindling prices of HIVE is that new investors are not coming in. Everyone wants to earn and withdraw and this inflates the token supply against demand. While I am aware of the role of content creators as image makers on Hive blockchain, it must be understood that those who are staking their money to generate rewards to others should be appreciated. I have realized that we can all join hands to build HIVE by pushing in a poroportion of our earnings into stakes of HIVE and Hive tokens. This would reduce token supply in the market and well help spike the prices.
It is sad that some persons never take time to read my posts, In each investment watch, I consciously share fresh thoughts and tips on how we can make the most of HIVE and Hive tokens.
This morning, I have decided to check how much value worth of upvotes that my stakes of HIVE and Hive tokens are giving with a view to encouraging other Hive users and prospective investors to see why they should also build their stakes too. Remember that the more the upvote value give, the more the curation reward earned.
