Schnallt euch an, das ist mein erster KI-generierter Podcast über das aktuelle Bitcoin-kritische Paper der EZB über die "Verteilungs-Konsequenzen von Bitcoin" und das Gegen-Paper. Das wird lustig.
Habe den Podcast mit NotebookLM generiert, ein neues KI-Tool von Google, das es ermöglicht, Dokumente hochzuladen und mit der Gemini KI darüber zu chatten und es kann sogar Podcasts zu den Inhalten, die man hochlädt, generieren. Das hat mich wieder mal geflasht, wie gut das geht. Aber trotzdem alles mit Vorsicht genießen, die KI macht wie immer Fehler.
Das Gegen-Paper stammt übrigens von der Satoshi Action Education Gruppe und zerlegt jedes Argument, das die EZB gegenüber Bitcoin hervorbringt. Genial.
Ein Argument, das der Podcast hervorhebt und im Paper meiner Meinung nach etwas zu kurz kommt, ist, dass Fiat-Währungen wie der Euro durch versteckte Inflation und Money-Printing (QE und Zins-Politik der EZB) vielleicht zu noch wesentlich schlechteren "Verteilungs-Konsequenzen" führen als allgemein angenommen. Dieser Effekt wird oft der Cantillon-Effekt genannt.

I generated the podcast with NotebookLM, a new AI tool from Google that allows you to upload documents and chat with the Gemini about them and it can even generate podcasts about the content you upload. Once again, I was blown away by how well it works. But still take everything with a grain of salt, the AI makes mistakes as always.
Incidentally, the counter-paper comes from the Satoshi Action Education group and dismantles every argument that the ECB puts forward against Bitcoin. Brilliant.
One argument that the podcast emphasizes, and which I think is somewhat neglected in the paper, is that fiat currencies like the Euro, through hidden inflation and money printing (QE and the ECB's controversial interest rate policy), may lead to even worse “distributional consequences” than generally assumed. This effect is often called the Cantillon effect.
