It used to be the exact same pattern over the past 2 Bull Markets. When retail investors and traders went risk-on and started buying cryptocurrencies: Coinbase would climb the app rankings to established itself in the Top5 to Top10 of the Appstore or Android Store!
But not this time... Well at least that is what this Coindesk article is saying but just by doing a few checks online, it seems that Coinbase is actually still the #1 Finance App in the US. Maybe they are referring to World Rankings.
That's why you should always double check what journalists write!
