Earlier I thought that this is a bug, but actually it is not a bug. At least not entirely.
Today I received a 0.00000001 SWAP.HIVE transaction with the "Your lease to @centtoken with id: 685fdbebb91a0e23bd087a2d was renewed for 4 week(s)" memo.
So sometimes the Hive Power delegations are actually renewed on the Lease Market of the Hive Engine.
Not every Hive Power delegation gets renewed, but some of them do.
Like in this case.
By the way, the dashboard is mentioning 10.77% APR this time, instead of the earlier (before the renewal) mentioned 9.95% APR.
So a higher amount than before the renewal.
But I still receive exactly the same amount of SWAP.HIVE as before.
0.16071427 SWAP.HIVE per day for the 500 Hive Power delegation.
And 0.09 SWAP.HIVE per day for a 320 Hive Power delegation to another Hive account.
According to the dashboard, the 500 Hive Power delegation will expire on 2025.08.23 (earlier it wrote 2025.07.26).
And the 320 Hive Power delegation will expire on 2025.08.22 (this date is the same as before).
While the renewal of the Hive Power delegation is maybe not a bug, the APR percentage change (or the amount I receive) probably actually is a bug.
So this is why I write not entirely a bug, but at least partially a bug.
Currently I still do not know how these smart contracts work on the Hive Engine.
Mainly why some of the Hive Power delegations gets renewed, while other Hive Power delegations are just simply expire.
And why the dashboard sometimes show a bigger APR percentage after the renewal of the Hive Power delegation than before that.
Of course I am happy with the renewal of the Hive Power delegations.
I keep both of these Hive Power delegations as long as they get renewed.
And I continue building my Hive Power, my Hive Power delegations, and my Hive Dollars (HBD) savings too for long term (for years, for decades).
I wish successful investing to everyone.
