Good afternoon, friends!
You wonder what 5k I'm dreaming of? Well, it could very well be a 5-kilometer run that I had in mind, but for the time being and with my health conditions, I can't do it... running! Who knows, maybe one year I'll set out to try running short distances.
And this allegory is an excellent starting point for my reflection on the goals I'm going to set for the new year, which is just around the corner!
This year, 2023, has gone by very quickly. I didn't even notice the days adding up, and that today we're already at the last square on the calendar... Events in life may seem to be cyclical, but deep down they end up being unique, unrepeatable events, because there is a variable - time - that doesn't allow the moment to be anything other than sacred, even though there are many similarities.
With this philosophy, I end up wanting to live, to experience the simplest things in life, to value all the moments I encounter in this reality, and to try to live in the best way... If for some reason I can't live in the best way, at least try to learn so that something positive comes out of a situation that can't be eliminated, because it's part of our experience.
And in personal terms, I just want to be able to always look at the day as a unique, unrepeatable gift, and for the succession of "same" days to never again be as present in my mind as it has been in the last two years.
During 2024 I hope to reach Dolphin tier! Fingers crossed!!!!
