The work of programmers, in many cases, is measured by each line of code written for a program.
Regarding yesterday's release of the program that generates a table in Markdown with the Power Ups you have done during the previous month (A tool for #HPUD || A tool for #HPUD), I was curious to know how many lines I had written for that program.
Additionally, I must say that I am very happy, because as we had announced through the Hive witness, @la-colmena, we have now taken on the task of contributing to the development part of Hive.
For years I have been working on the automation of tasks for the curation project we have in La Colmena, which allow voting, reblogging, commenting on publications automatically. We keep track of each vote, statistical data and a whole system for managing the curators, their performance and much more.
But in the context of @la-colmena's decision to support the development of applications, I have entered fully into this task and that's how a little more than two weeks ago I presented the first of these works: New OnBoarding site in Hive || New OnBoarding site in Hive.
This means that there are already two applications available to all users, developed by me for the witness La Colmena.
So curiosity led me also to go further and find out how many lines of code I currently have working on Hive. The answer was
7137 + 1600
The last number corresponds to the bot we use in the Discord server of La Colmena, which allows us a lot of tasks and queries, which is used by the administration team and curators.
There are more than 8000 lines of code that are already at the service of Hive and I know that very soon there will be many more.
This, along with #HPUD, are two ways I can't stop growing Hive.

El trabajo de los programadores, en muchos casos, se mide por cada línea de código escrita para un programa.
A propósito del lanzamiento que hice ayer del programa que te genera una tabla en Markdown con los Power Ups que hayas hecho durante el mes anterior (Una herramienta para el #HPUD || A tool for #HPUD), me dio curiosidad saber cuántas líneas había escrito para ese programa.
Adicionalmente, debo expresar que me siento muy feliz, porque tal como lo habíamos anunciado a través del testigo de Hive, @la-colmena, ahora nos hemos abocado a la tarea de contribuir en la parte de desarrollo en Hive.
Desde hace años yo he venido trabajando en la automatización de tareas para el proyecto de curación que tenemos en La Colmena, las cuales permiten votar, rebloguear, comentar las publicaciones de manera automática. Llevamos el control de cada voto, datos estadísticos y todo un sistema de manejo de los curadores, de su rendimiento y mucho más.
Pero en el marco de la decisión de @la-colmena de apoyar el desarrollo de aplicaciones,he entrado de lleno en esa tarea y así fue como hace poco más de dos semanas presenté el primero de esos trabajos: Nuevo sitio de OnBoarding en Hive || New OnBoarding site in Hive.
Es decir, que ya en estos momentos hay dos aplicaciones puestas a disposición de todos los usuarios, desarrolladas por mí para el testigo La Colmena.
Así que la curiosidad me llevó también a ir más allá y saber cuántas líneas de código tengo actualmente trabajando en Hive. La respuesta fue de
7137 + 1600
El último número corresponde al bot que usamos en el servidor Discord de La Colmena, que nos permite una gran cantidad de tareas y consultas, el cual es usado por el equipo de administración y los curadores.
Son más de 8000 líneas de código que ya están al servicio de Hive y que sé que muy pronto serán muchas más.
Esto, junto al #HPUD, son dos formas de crecimiento que no puedo dejar de hacer en Hive.
