In 2019 due to Covid 19 many companies offer there employees to work from home if it's possible, because it's not easy to move from one place to another due to restrictions placed by government in order to control coronavirus
So past few years people realize the importance of working online or working from home, it's not possible to do everything or every type of job online or from home like food delivery but still there are so many jobs which can be done remotely or from home with the help of technology
Another thing is due to cryptocurrency and blockchain invention people are shifting from working as an employee 9 to 5 to working online, working as a self employed or working remotely
But we have to remember it's not an easy task to do, infect making money online or working from home is a more difficult as compared to work as an employee
When you are a employee you have a system, environment or discipline to manage your work, in companies or organizations you have a supportive staff with a structure to finish you daily work
On the other hand when you are working from home especially when you are working alone or not have any team or any work space it's very very hard to manage your time, because there are so many distractions like friends and family
What I personally feel we have to consider working from as a employment in order to create a discipline in order to finish your work on time, because when you are working under someone's supervisions we have a pressure to finish all the daily tasks on time that's why working from home or online is not an easy task as mostly people think
