Hace tiempo que la inteligencia artificial viene revolucionando un montón de cosas, y la generación de imágenes no es la excepción, de verdad es genial ver como todo ha cambiado, y este tema sobre el avance en la generación de imágenes lo he tocado mucho en mi blog, pues recuerdo que en sus primeros momentos logre tener acceso a uno de los primeros generadores de imagen del momento, pero los resultados eran bastante vagos comparados con los de hoy en día, pero en su momento eso era algo de admirar, pues como te mostraré en la siguiente imagen, los resultados eran algo mal formados, por más que le dieras un prompt muy bien elaborado, el resultado no era muy bueno y la cantidad de iteraciones era muy grande.

My experience with different image generators.
In my experience I can say that I have been working with many image generation tools for quite some time, because the topic is something that interests me and I always want to see which of all is better or the most useful, but recently I have used two tools that call quite the attention: DALL-E, created by OpenAI, and Grok, the AI that is integrated directly into the social network X (formerly Twitter), which to be honest, Grok I have known very recently thanks to the recommendation of a good friend of HIVE, I can say that each has its strengths, and depending on what you need, one may be better than the other.
If we talk about the tools I've used or just some of them I can leave here a short list of the ones I use most often, so you can explore them and give your personal opinion about each one of them, it would be great to know in the comments:
Each one of them has its differences, but they are very good image generators and two of them are free, except for Midjourney, but they are still very good at giving quality and creative results, of course the creation of a good Prompt makes the difference in many cases, because the more details you put or more specifications, the final result will be of lower or higher quality or attached to what you were looking for.

En mi experiencia puedo decir que he trabajado con muchas herramientas de generación de imagen desde hace un buen tiempo, pues el tema es algo que me interesa y siempre quiero ver cuál de todas es mejor o la más útil, pero recientemente he usado dos herramientas que llaman bastante la atención: DALL·E, creada por OpenAI, y Grok, la IA que está integrada directamente en la red social X (antes Twitter), que para ser sincero, Grok lo he conocido hace muy poco gracias a la recomendación de un buen amigo de HIVE, puedo decir que cada una tiene sus puntos fuertes, y dependiendo de lo que necesites, puede que una sea mejor que la otra.
Si hablamos de las herramientas que he usado o solo algunas puedo dejarte acá una lista corta de las que use con más frecuencia, para que las puedas explorar y dar tu opinión personal sobre cada una de ellas, sería genial saberlo en los comentarios:
Cada una de ellas tiene sus diferencias, pero son generadores de imágenes muy buenos y dos de ellos son gratuitos, a excepción de Midjourney, pero de igual forma son muy buenos al momento de dar resultados de calidad y creativos, claro esta que de igual forma la creación de un buen Prompt hace la diferencia en muchos casos, pues mientras mas detalles coloques o más especificaciones, el resultado final será de menor o mayor calidad o apegado a lo que estabas buscando.

Another reason that captivated me from the first moment, was the large number of art styles you can use, making it very easy just by changing a couple of options, its user interface is very easy to understand and everything is well organized.

Admito que desde hace un tiempo mi favorita es Leonardo AI, y tengo mis razones por los cuales tenerla en mi lista de favoritos, una de las primeras y principales razones, es que la plataforma te da la opción de usarla de forma gratuita, te otorga 150 Créditos cada 24 horas, y con eso puedes generar algunas imágenes por día, todo depende de la necesidad que tengas, pues si tu idea es generar una gran cantidad de imágenes por día tengo que decirte que con el plan gratuito no te será muy útil, pero en mi caso he logrado sacar más de 50 imágenes diarias de forma gratuita.
Otro de los motivos que me cautivó desde el primer momento, fue la gran cantidad de estilos de arte que puedes usar, haciéndolo de una forma muy fácil solo con cambiar un par de opciones, su interfaz de usuario es muy fácil de comprender y todo está bien organizado.

If we use the same Prompt, but this time with DALL-E through a GPT that I have customized in ChatGPT, we can see that the result is much closer to what I am looking for, but I have to admit that I tried to make some variations, since ChatGPT told me that I could not create a character like Chimchar, since it was protected by copyright, and that is totally understandable.

Si usamos el mismo Prompt, pero en esta ocasión con DALL-E por medio de un GPT que he personalizado en ChatGPT, podemos ver de primera instancia que el resultado es mucho más apegado al lo que estoy buscando, pero tengo que admitir que intente hacer algunas variaciones, ya que ChatGPT me indicaba que no podía crear un personaje como Chimchar, ya que estaba protegido con derechos de autor, y eso es totalmente entendible.

Personally, DALL-E has really impressed me when it comes to creativity. The way he can turn a description into an image is impressive. I have tried from abstract ideas to super detailed images as it is in this case, because if you look at the prompt you can see that it has very good details of how to interpret the final image, I admit that I tried to generate more images, because in each one I wanted to perfect more the result, and I always get something with a very high level of quality and I like that, I am a fan of this type of images.
Also, I love that I can work with different styles, from something more artistic to photorealism or 3D effect. If what you need is customization and detail, DAL-E is an excellent choice.
En lo personal, DALL·E me ha impresionado mucho cuando se trata de creatividad. La forma en que puede convertir una descripción en una imagen es impresionante. Además, me encanta que pueda trabajar con diferentes estilos, desde algo más artístico hasta fotorrealismo o efecto 3D. Si lo que necesitas es personalización y detalle, DAL-E es una excelente opción.

Grok tiene algo que me parece muy práctico, es facilísimo de usar, al estar directamente en X, no necesitas configurar nada, sólo escribes lo que quieres, y ya tienes la imagen lista en segundos y esto es algo nuevo para mí, algo diferente que no había probado, entonces esto lo hace perfecto para cosas como memes o contenido viral, porque te permite reaccionar rápido a lo que está en tendencia, sin tener que perder mucho tiempo en configurar parámetros de estilos de arte o cosas así.
Además, puedes compartir tus imágenes directamente desde la misma plataforma, lo cual es súper cómodo para mantenerte activo en redes sociales, en X específicamente, y tengo que admitir que me ha gustado el estilo realista que le ha dado a la imagen, tomando en cuenta que he usado el mismo prompt.

Yo diría que Grok es una muy buena IA para generar imágenes, tiene un buen potencial y es accesible a todo el mundo, cosa que comparada con DALL-E no es así, ya que hay que ser usuario de pago para poder utilizarla, pero en este caso y solo por gusto personal, creo que me ha gustado más el resultado de DALL-E, ya que se acerca un poco más a lo que buscaba.
