Make a capthca thingy, on every upvote or downvote.(or something similar).
Content producers put effort into their work.(mostly).
Surely an upvote (or downvote), with a manual input, is not too much to ask, not if you really appreciate the effort put into someones content?
Actual Effort to support, as well as to create.
Less computers, less laziness, more committed people.
More reality.
