Here I am joining the weekly call. After considering the various options presented to us by @galenkp , I have opted for passion, this will be my participation.
My joy is that they have a home
At a weekend gathering, I told them about my love for animals. It is a passion and a very deep feeling, sometimes I wonder why, concluding that the reason is simple, they make me very happy, they are love.
In recent times, I have decided with the support of my parents, to rescue mostly baby kittens and look for homes for them, a place with people who will value them and give them the care they need.
It is sad, but it is common to see hungry kittens in the street, underweight, looking for food in the garbage. These kittens in the picture I found them both one day on my way home. When I approached them (both left in a bag without food) for the first time, they were terrified, trembling with fear. The black one is male and the white one is female.
I gave them attention and care for about 15 days. Because of the love, they expressed for each other, and the camaraderie I suspected they were siblings my purpose was to find them homes but not to separate them and I succeeded.
Today, Pepe and Pancha, as they are called, are happily adopted by Mrs. Bertha, who takes care of them and feeds them very well.
They have been with me, several Pepe and Pancha, at the beginning I wanted to have them all, but it was not possible to give them the care and attention, as they deserved and not neglect other activities. At the moment I enjoy them temporarily until I find them a home, that makes me very happy, it gratifies me.
Animals are everything to me, I defend them and love them, they are my passion. Living with them, taking care of them, and taking care of them frees me from many tensions. They are open books of teachings and lessons. They are understanding and affectionate, in a language where words are superfluous but gestures prevail. They contribute to my well-being and self-esteem. It is a very special bond.
