This year that is culminating, has been a very intense year in my life, and until a few days ago, unforeseen events, challenges, learning, moments of all kinds and very strong personally.
This year has brought me very sad moments, farewells, losses, but as I always say, also learning and what matters is to always look forward.
For this reason, until this weekend I had not been able or had the courage to make the Christmas decorations.
Someone said to me yesterday, I am not in the mood to celebrate Christmas and surely in many homes this will be the case. But Christmas, besides its religious meaning, also means family, colour, joy and good vibes. These last two come from within us and are reflected on the outside.
That's why, faced with the themes raised by Galen, I decided to choose the second one.
This weekend I am working and will continue to work on the Christmas decorations, which I did not do a few days before according to tradition, but it will not only be an external preparation but rather an internal one.
Many reflections come to my mind, what did I do right, what did I do wrong, did I learn or not from the situations that life has thrown at me this year.
But above all the preparation will consist in bringing joy to my heart, because that is where true happiness is born and grows, beyond having a decorated tree or lights in the window.
I will not only decorate my home, but also my soul.
To put aside thoughts of sadness, pain, low vibration, to fill myself with good energy. That is, in my opinion, the best preparation we can do at this time of the year.
I like colours a lot, and people who know me know that, it is reflected in my art. I am like that, but sometimes the circumstances of life make those colours opaque.
The preparation will be to revive those colours, even if the adversities still exist, but looking at them from a different perspective will help. Or at least I think it will.
One of the ways to fill myself with colour and joy is to walk through the streets full of light, to see the decorations that have been put up in the city and to breathe in the good vibes that are in the air.
To admire the colours, the trees, the crafts, the Christmas stalls. Walk through the streets dressed in a different way, as if they were wearing a gala costume.
Enjoying the spectacle of lights in my city, which is a true marvel. It seems as if your heart leaps out of your body when you are there listening to the music and admiring the light shows.
The preparation in my case will be to change the focus pole, so that next year will be wonderful. That is always up to us, depending on how we look at each situation.
We are responsible for our own life and for everything that happens to us, learning is part of our path and the preparation for this coming Christmas will depend on how I prepare my energy, my inner self to project it on the outside.
The decorations will not only be in my house, in my home, but in my heart.
They will consist of good thoughts, certainty, confidence, joy and very high vibration.
Discard what is useless, because stagnation in those thoughts is not good for me, nor for those around me. And as the principle of emptiness indicates, if we throw something out, it will be filled with something new.
I will try to make that new thing very beautiful, projects, expectations, positive actions and above all good thoughts.
