Let's have some fun Saturday!
Hello there! I hope everybody enjoyed this day!
I attended a fun run this morning with my sister which I really enjoyed. This fun run was for the La Trinidad's Strawberry Festival which takes place yearly for March. It is also a month-long celebration.
Since it's a fun run, we're not required to win or to be the first one to finish. It's just gonna be fun, light and happy run. It will just be a form of exercise for me since I am planning to start my journey in exercising. I hope I really can!
We were there around five in the morning and started the early warm-up. We also danced Zumba and Taeboo, which made us more energetic for the fun run. We had stretching for our muscles, and slow and fast music for our dance. We enjoyed the dance with my sister and felt our muscles cramping even though we hadn't started yet. Everybody was laughing because of the muscle pain that we were feeling during that time. We got motivated more and more for us to be dedicated to start and finish the fun run.
After our preparation, we went out already and the organizer asked how many kilometers will we run. We decided to have the 5km run.🤣
The only choices were 5km and 2km anyway, brave enough to choose the farthest one.😃
We started already and a lot chose the 5km run. We run, jog and walked. Children with their parents were present. Lovers, husband, and wife were there also. Some brought their pets for a run and walk especially those who choose 2km only.
Along the way, we were very thirsty and had some water. We couldn't run that fast so there were a lot of people, young ones and old ones who by passed us along the way.😃
We were really tired but instead of thinking how far and how near more, we decided to just keep on talking and sharing some insights.
At last, after an hour and thirty minutes of walking, jogging and running, we were able to finish the fun run. It did was a fun run. We were so happy with my sister and companions.

Officials were already eating while we were in the queue. I can see that they are enjoying their food which makes me more hungry.
The food that was prepared was sweet potato, strawberry, egg, grilled pork, veggies, strawberry jam, and yogurt. It was a good food for everyone's tummy. We enjoyed our food so much. Indeed was a healthy one.
