Many people enjoy cooking for enjoyment over the weekend as there's more time for it. Do you cook/prepare food more on the weekends due to more time or do you choose more take-out/pre-prepared food? I naturally do not like cooking because it is a very hectic process and wears me out at the end of the day leaving me with little or no interest in eating the food I worked and walked my arse out to prepare. I mean, that's not fair on my part, why would I finish cooking only to serve others while I sit down and watch them eat the food to the last drop because I have lost my appetite?
From going to the market to pick or choose what you will need, you will begin to bargain the prices of items you will be buying with the market women and the rest of the chores or things that come with cooking.
I am not sure I have ever woken up during any of my weekends with thoughts of cooking, never if I cooked during the weekends at any point in time, it was because my mom was around and not always except she was ill.
I am a lazy arse somebody when it comes to cooking and I accept that with my full chest, I don't like cooking especially a big pot or varieties of food even if I have the whole time to myself.
It's currently past 9 in the morning here and I am still on my bed with just one thought, when I finally decide to get out of my bed, I am either going to take my bath dress up, and go to one of my favourite spots to eat any of my cravings or stay home and order for something which of course is going to be my native dish. For me, I never wake up intending to cook any dish during the weekends even if I have the whole time to myself because I am a lazy arse person when it comes to cooking.
For now, I do not know which I would be going for, either ordering or going down to the restaurant to eat but what I do know is that I never had or have the intention of cooking during weekends. Some days, I go out to eat, and some days, I order what I feel like eating.
