I come back after some weeks. I had trouble with myself, so today I have time to write something to share with you.
You know what, our life has many aspects, we meet many wealthy people, and lucky people but somewhere we also have unlucky people. I said that because Last week, my team and I had a volunteer trip to a remote area in Quang Nam province, which is quite far from the city, so the lives of the people here still face many difficulties. However, there are also children who are unlucky when they have to carry serious diseases, there are those who were born with physical defects. We decided to go to this place to send joy from the city to the children and also to see the hardships that they and their families are going through.
And the place we went to was called Noc Mang Oi, Tra Tap Commune, Quang Nam Province.
Actually, when participating in this trip, I also heard from my colleagues that this is a remote and difficult place, but when I arrived, I understood what an isolated life is, a place where there is no such thing. electricity, no telephone, and a village located in the mountains. The road to get here was dirt roads, we had to cross streams, but the suspension bridge was dangerous. Not only that, the road is getting smaller and smaller, and it's slippery. We have to follow the bushes to keep our balance when walking. Going on this volunteer trip reminds me of the scene where my parents used to cross the hills and wade into the forest to make a living off of the medicinal plants in the forest, I think I'm grateful to my parents. I am also thinking, with such a road, how can people here go to the market, go to the hospital, and even send the children to school? It is a difficult problem. Because they live in the forest, the work of the people here is also mainly farming.
Compared to the vastness and greenness of the mountains and forests here, there are faraway houses, roofs are covered with thatched leaves, broken corrugated iron sheets, house building materials are only small trees built by people. should create a house to be able to sleep and live. I look at the simple, small, and fragile houses, but what worries me is that each of these houses has up to 5.6 children and some houses have up to 8 children. Perhaps because of such a difficult life, when I met a boy about 10th grade, I thought he was still in elementary school. The furniture in the house is just old clothes that usually go to work in the fields, the bamboo baskets and the fire stove are also the main light sources of the family.
It is true that it must be understood to love, When looking at the carefree faces of the children here, the shyness, and the extremely honest emotions made us shed tears.
We have a 2-day 1 1-night trip here, along with friendliness and hospitality, We are not only the bearers of small gifts for the people here, but we are also the recipients of the love. genuine, warm hugs and the most beautiful, natural smiles.
Life has many aspects, there are times when difficulties come and make us fall, but in some places, people are even more unhappy than us so I think nothing will be too bad. huh. Farewell here, I also cherish the innocent faces of young people, so beautiful. Hopefully, after a few years when I come back, this place has changed, there is electricity and life will not be as difficult as it is now.
