A look at all the topics of this week's engagement and i absolutely believe this is the best topic for me to write about.
This is because sometimes we overload ourselves with emotions and they might need expression from time to time. What is a more interesting way than a letter your very self.
Dear hazmat,
This might come as a surprise to you seeing how you project that show of strength and unrelenting endurance to the world. This is a letter of solidarity to the inner-you whom you sometimes forget is even there.
The you who experiences all the struggles that the world throws at you everyday and sometimes wants to give up.
The you who faces the uncertainty of the future everyday, fearing to what extent your decisions today might affect you and others you love dearly tomorrow.
It's certainly feels like a roller coaster of emotions where some days you feel so optimistic it almost feels like you're drunk on something. While other days feel you need to crawl into some cave and forget all about the worries of the world.
In as much as you almost never let anyone see your weaknesses, your projection of strength even in your darkest moments is a true of your strength of will as a survivor.
A survivor who knows that yes there are days where it feels like the weight of the whole world is resting on your shoulders, but regardless you'll also live for the days where it's nothing but love all through.
This is not to remind you of all the problems you face everyday. But a gentle reminder that there's no shortage of problems for life to throw at you, but you can choose to be happy regardless of whatever comes your way.
Life can be simple or tough, it all depends on your outlook. So far i feel you're doing a great job.
You only have to look around to see how blessed you are, from your loving family to your forever loyal friends. You have all the love and support you need in this world.
I certainly hope it all gets better, but in the meantime i want you to know you're not alone and i will always and forever be a part of you.
Your Innerself,
hazmat.
