It has been a while since my friend and I have been wanting to have a chill date day in UPD. You know, just walking around, taking pictures, and having a food trip. And finally, we were able to push through it already!
We agreed to meet in Eton Centris first because being the South girlie that she is, she didn't how to commute around Quezon City area. Since this is my area, we gotta adjust. Haha.
It was also a smart decision to stay in Centris first because we met at around 1-2PM, making it still too hot to walk around UP. We had a short catch up session and meeting in a coffee shop before heading to the main event of this day. Haha
From Centris, we took the jeepney towards PhilCoA then just walked to UPD from there. This was my first time going to UP to just chill. Usually, I would go there either to attend an event or to jog. Haha.
We didn't really do anything extraordinary there. As planned, we just took photos and had a mini picnic. Haha Sayang nga 'cause it was cloudy that day and even drizzled a bit, so we didn't get to witness the beautiful sunset in Sunken Garden.
We still enjoyed our tusok-tusok and ice cream, though!
From UP, we were supposed to go to QC Circle, but it was on-off raining, and we didn't want to take the risk. Instead, we headed to Gateway, Cubao, where we had our dinner before going home. :)
I had fun this day, and hoping for more dates with friends in the future!
