Hi Hiveians! About a week ago, I went to a water ski performance which is an extreme sport performed with skies to glide on the water while being pulled by a boat! In this post, I'd like to show you the mind blowing stunts and tricks the athletes did all on top of water! 😀
This was performed at the Acapulco Bay by professionals. Which kinda seems like a lagoon when you see it from a birds eye view on the mountains around it.
When we came, my friends and I got to sit near the front row of chairs! Woohoo! Usually, when you go to some kind of baseball game or something, there's always that one tall guy sitting in front of you blocking your view of whatever is going on. Which there was lol. 😂 Luckily, we still managed to stand up and get awesome photos of the water ski.
We listened to the narrator for a little bit until the performers came! While we were waiting, many, many more people came. I didn't count haha, but a good 200 people definitely arrived.
Here come the skiers!
The girls walked out to show off their costumes as presentation.

The man driving the boat, drove a round in the bay with eight girls skiing behind him. I couldn't help but think about how strong the motor in the boat must be to pull that many people at blazing speed!
Here come more performers! A Batman and a little Harley Quinn were up next. It was so amazing, because the Harley Quinn, was only a girl about 6 years old! Performing acrobat and gymnastics while gliding?! That was pretty cool of her to do that so young.
The Grand Finale!
This upcoming trick was my favorite one of all time. As they all worked together, two of the previous girls, a clown, Joker, Batman and a grey spider woman formed a pyramid in the water! Everyone holding their balance, the people at the bottom and second row need to hold the weight, not slip all on top of skies at the same time!
This is the true definition of "teamwork".
