We are all in constant evolution and improvement, that is: from the moment we can understand that we owe nothing to anyone and that life passes us by in the blink of an eye. So it is our responsibility to take control of our life and to seek above all Well-being. This well-being will depend on each person, on what he/she proposes and on the moment in which he/she is living, so that for some, his/her own well-being will be found by training, for others by becoming independent or by working hard, among many other things.
That is why from a global vision I can say that I must improve in many aspects but three of them are fundamental imagining that someone would challenge me I must improve in:
The organization I am a responsible person both in my work life and in my personal life. Regarding the latter, I don't mind saying I made a mistake and start again but in the work environment I comply with what corresponds to me but many times not in the best way; that is to say, it is difficult for me to do things in advance: if I am told that I must deliver a report the last of this month it is possible that I start to do it on the 28th, for example, and this can get me very stressed. We all know that stress in our lives is not at all favorable so I must work hard to eradicate procrastination .
Avoid thinking that I can control everything: There are many things that are out of our hands and we cannot control everything in our environment. This is also applied to the work environment more than personally since I have one of the most complicated jobs in the world: teaching, from the pencil that got lost, to what the most restless student in the classroom did, is your responsibility and many times there are worries that I take home, something that should not happen. This is what I have been working hard on.
Remain firm and persistent: there are many longings for change and improvement at a professional level, however; the situation in the country (Venezuela) is increasingly complicated and the purchasing power is becoming unattainable. I have a fervent desire in my mind that implies a greater economic stability in the future, but I must make a great effort at an economic level as well, since everything requires a considerable investment, or at least relatively considerable, but as the saying goes, hope is the last thing to be lost, so I will continue to strive to improve, pending to take advantage of each of the opportunities that may be near.
