Hello Hive friends. We know well that you can never have an ordinary weekend if you are a food lover and your husband cooks excellently; added to this a family that is always looking for the time to get together and kill cravings. Last weekend it seems that we all agreed that we wanted to have a creole soup and since the queen of the stove is the beef rib soup. We were able to prepare it with the usual special touch: free of colorings and flavorings. Although my post is about sharing, I will tell you in detail what is in this delicious soup in case you want to make it.
Among the seasonings you can not miss the chili, paprika, onion, cilantro, chives and ajoporro.
Among the vegetables are: celery, ocumo, ñame, jojoto, yucca and auyama.
And the secret is to cook the ribs together with the previously mentioned seasonings; when the meat is soft, at that precise moment you can take part of this consommé that works miracles for people with a hangover or convalescents, it allows you to recover almost completely and immediately. This note, in my opinion, is very important for this community that loves weekends as much as I do, and they are usually full of excesses between drinks and food.
