🙋🏻♀️Hello Hive Friends and Weekend Experiences community!🤗
"What would you do if you discover you can talk to and understand animals?
I chose this topic mainly because I have 2 wonderful pets: a tortoise called Lulu and a cat called Kira, and I would love to have the possibility to communicate with them to ask them directly what they like, what they don't like, how they feel, what they need to feel even more comfortable in our home. It would be nice to know that they can understand all the compliments and words full of love that I dedicate to them daily, and even be able to let them know what my mom and brother want to tell them.
It would also be very useful if they could inform me when they feel unhealthy, even more considering that tortoises and cats do not easily show when they are in pain, unlike other animals such as dogs that emit particular sounds when they are suffering.
It should be noted that because my family and I love animals, we have had several pets throughout our lives, pets that unfortunately are not eternal and leave a great void when they are no longer by our side. In those last moments of their lives it would be very significant to be able to communicate with them to transmit everything that my family and I want to tell them, to comfort them, fill them with love, understanding and say goodbye, just as human beings usually do with each other. In addition, it would be very useful if they could tell me everything they want to do or experience before leaving, to please and pamper them as much as possible.
On the other hand, it would be incredible for me to be able to communicate with the street animals that we help with food within our possibilities. I think that having the ability or the superpower to communicate with them would allow us to help them much more, and in a much more personalized way, depending on the particular needs of each one of them.
For all these reasons I would really love if it were possible for me to speak and understand animals. I liked the process of fantasizing about that possibility and writing about it.
