The day I managed to make friends my first 10K jogging, I said to myself, God I did it, it was 2 years to achieve this goal, I started just walking a few meters, then gradually jogging each k mastered, I reaffirmed it and then went for more.
Every time I left home to jog, my mind started to play dirty with me, everything started to hurt, and I said I can't, a few k and that's it, I saw many women of my age and even older jogging in such a fluid way, enjoying their routine, and I said to myself I want to look like this, I want to feel happiness when jogging.
So that the mind would not dominate, I put into execution a strategy so that it would have nothing to hold on to besides the constant physical training, I changed my diet, and I told the mind that you have no choice, everything is fine with me so there is no excuse. And well friends the magic happened, I started to jog in such a full way, that I enjoyed every K reached, I arrived home as if nothing without fatigue until the body asking to run more K, and I said to myself I am ready for my first K, and so it was.
I woke up early one day, and together with my husband, I managed to reach my desired 10 K, it was really rewarding that day for me, I tell you that I spent the whole day feeling like a superhero, having reached my goal, and confirming the theory that we are the only ones responsible for making our dreams come true, we do not just want to have it, we must implement actions that lead us to gradually achieve our dreams.
