Hello guys welcome to my blog I want to talk about my remedy for hangover and this os my first time posting on this community and this weekly contest so i was happy to go through this weekly post and i pick this topic out and I want to talk about it guys.
Hanging out with friends especially weekend is really sweet and lovely sometimes when we go out we find some places where they sell some alcoholic drinks and sweet alcoholic wine and enjoy our selves dance and so others it's really a good one to fun .
But when my body started to react on the drinks that i drank there are some certain things i normally do which i want to talk about
I like to take lights food or eat fruit that will really help me , fruit like watermelon,banana, orange etc this one really helps alot because eating home heavy will make me to start vomiting and reckless.
I also try my best to rest too because i don't force myself to be active because sleeping and resting make me to recover faster.
I also make sure that i drink a lot of water also if i have home made zobo or coconut water i make sure i drink them because is good for the body.
I also make sure that i avoid energy drinks during those time brcause if i take it it helps to dehydrate me more so is not good for me at that moment so this are all the things i tried to avoid for a hangover and it really helping me.
