Happy Weekend and Happy Easter to @galenkp and all members of the @THEWEEKEND community.
It is not just a weekend but a celebrating one.
I will be writing on:
How do you unwind after a hectic day at work? Meditation, a hobby, reading, listening to music, cooking, yoga, gaming, an intimate interlude? Tell us how you relax and unwind and why you feel that method is the most beneficial to you.
I'm not yet working, but i will be writing on how i unwind after hectic classes in school.
Yeah, students have some hectic days at school.
I could remember when i have classes from 8am to 6pm straight without any break, from one lecture hall to the other.
Unwind means to relax after work or a hectic day.
Things i do to unwind are:
Take my bath: After a hectic day i make sure i take my bath.
Bathing is one of the refreshing and exciting thing i do.
I feel relieved, when i take my bath and it cool my body for a nap.I take my nap: This is very important to me, i make sure i take a nap everyday, then eat.
It strengthen me and rekindle my lost energy.
- Watch movies and play games:
After waking up, i take my phone and watch movies.
Some times i also play games on my phone just to relax.
I enjoy listening to music too but on rare cases.
