Jack Black: Skeleton Coast IPA!!
I love to test new BEERS over the week-ends, and today is no exception. It is a great summers evening, and my wife and I are sitting outside. Today I decided to test a Skeleton Coast IPA, brewed by the Jack Black Brewery.
The Skeleton Coast is a piece of coast on the Western Coast of Namibia next to the Namib Desert. The Namib desert stretches for more than 2000km and you can read more about the Namib Desert by clicking on the link. This piece of coast is really dangerous and has various ship wrecks all along the coast, from there the name Skeleton Coast. You can read more about this coast by clicking here!
This BEER has 6.9% alcohol and comes in a 340ml bottle. It pours with a hazy orange colour, with a medium, dense and brilliant white head on top.
This one has a strong hoppy flavour with a bit of a bitter taste to it, the more you drink of this one the better it becomes - I loved it!!
I have started the fire in the mean time, and will soon start to braai some meat for dinner!!
I hope you liked the post as much as I liked writing it.
I hope you have a wonderful day!!
