Before all I must confess that my vacation seasons have been very few, but I feel very attracted to things that for many may be simple as it is the fog, perhaps some have experienced continuously with it, but in my particular case I live in an area where the sun is quite strong so I had not had the opportunity to meet the fog until I was presented with this pleasant occasion.
When we got married my husband and I decided to go to enjoy the rich cold of the city of Merida and it was during the month of December, perhaps this added something more special to the moment, when we arrived we immediately went for a walk and while walking there was an intense cold that made my skin bristle, but this did not prevent me from continuing with the tour until we decided to go up the cable car and it was right there where my impression of the fog was pronounced.
My amazement for the perfection of nature never ends, seeing how the fog was so close and so far at the same time had me totally amazed, my husband was talking to me and pointing me towards the towns and mountains that were around us and I simply could not take my eyes off of it, for a moment I wanted to catch the cold fog between my hands, but obviously this is impossible.
Another thing that I liked to enjoy is how it could be seen more or less dense according to the place where we were moving as we were going up in the different stations the view was completely clouded with it, but as we descended it was disappearing and the sun was more active, it was a very strange feeling like when you open the freezer of the refrigerator and the cold condensation comes out and surrounds your face and part of your body.
I have never been able to get the cold of the fog out of my mind and out of my memories. Even though I am from the hot land I love the cold of the beautiful city of Merida, after that first moment we traveled again for a second honeymoon and we chose the same destination again. Anyone would say that it was good to experiment in other places, but I do not cease to be enchanted by the beauty of the Páramos de Mérida.
