I want to share with you my weekend experience for last week Saturday 12 of July 2025 to be precisely. so I went to visit my in-laws, to spend some time with them as they are of age. I noticed my mother-in-law was using firewood to cook, so I decide to get her some gas as it will be more easyer for her. in the village there is a small gas plant, but I decided to go to a near by and more develop community to get the gas, so I took a taxi 🚕 to the nearby community to get the gas, I saw two people already in the taxi, a guys and a young lady.
so I enter and few kilumiter away from my village, this guys started saying some funny stuff like he came from camaroom to Nigeria for business, that someone from Nigeria order their local fabrics from him, and getting to Nigeria the guy's number is not going through, that he knows how to make any kind of foreign currency.
I was just praying to get to where I was going to save.
The man was speaking French and English, so the next thing I heard was the driver saying that he is ready to be rich this year, that he has suffered enough, and that this year is his year of being rich, so the driver was like, Madam, don't you want to be rich?,
I just said, Sir, please just let us get to our destination safely.,
Then the other man said, Leave all the poor people with their poverty mentality., I was just praying in my heart to get there before any bad thing happened to us in the bush. The man said, Give me a hundred thousand, and I will turn it into a million naira., I said, Please, sir, take me to my destination. I have to return home on time because my kids are waiting for me, and he asked me again, Are you not interested in making money?
I said I don't have a hundred thousand naira to give you. Do you know that the next thing this man and the driver did was to push me out of a running car? It was just God that saved my life that day, and I'm grateful 🥲. The way people are looking for fast money…hmmm 🤔 may God help us. Thank you for reading through; be careful out there, please...
