Hello everyone,
More often than not, we prefer to follow the herd in the wrong direction rather than walk the right path on our own.
So finally I choose the topic four:
If you could be anyone, other than yourself, who would it be and why? You can choose someone deceased or currently alive. Have some fun with this one if you like, make your answer humorous and creative, or keep it serious. It's your choice.
It seems that even this wekend I had to choose between some amazing topics, in today's topic I chose to be a bit quirky and creative at the same time and why not go a bit beyond the everyday.
It's funny but often, people have the inclination to turn back to the past or to return to some values that they have abandoned for a while, tired of them.
When they come back to them, they find that they are more solid than ever, and that they can now explain them with arguments, not only with "feeling".
I was thinking, as I read this weekend's topics, what I wish I was. In fact, I think about this question quite often.
It's not that I'm not happy with my life or that I don't feel good about myself, but it's a game I've loved since childhood.
For example, when I was little, I wanted to be a wolf. Then for a while I wanted to be a lion, when I say lion I don't mean the lion as my national currency, but "The King of Animals".
I wish I was a wolf. I'm back to the past.
I'd feel better wolf. I could run through the Romanian woods easier if I were a wolf. I would know that the people of these lands have respected me for decades.
I would have known that the Dacians once lived here and had a great respect for this animal. In fact, all the Dacians thought they were wolves and lived, in a way, by the law of the wolf.
Romanian mythology is full of legends about wolves and the positive role they played in these lands.
If I think even more deeply, the Roman people was born from the clash of two civilizations that had great respect for the wolf.
And yet, why would I want to be a wolf?
Perhaps because, like the wolf, to know and appreciate myself, you have to search somewhere in a mysterious depth, hard to reach for people I don't know.
Or maybe, once I let you in, you're like a pack member to me - often friend, rarely foe.
In fact, what fascinates me about these animals is probably the absolute discretion combined with a well-developed social and hierarchical spirit they possess.
And the fact that a wolf never forgets, he never forgets where he has caught a good prey, where a dog has bitten him, or who in the pack he is grateful to.
He retreats in time and plans his ruse, but with lesson learned, how he will surprise next time, as the wolf's technique is based on cunning.
He is a consummate craftsman, never gives up and, contrary to popular belief, changes his tune if necessary!
And above all, I love the wolf because, in my vision, the image of wolves running is synonymous with freedom, freedom of spirit, and yes, I am a free spirit.
In conclusion,
I wish you were! To have! Pass it on! And above all, don't give up, no matter what the weather or time. We can't do without you. Neither can we, but especially future generations. Live, feel and give so that we have something to feed our souls. As long as we can and have time.
